At dōTERRA Essential Oil Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical-inspired apparel; if your purchase doesn't fit perfectly, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is processed successfully.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
